Navigating Acquisition and Budget Systems

A company that specialized in crashworthy fuel systems developed in the racing car community approached The SPECTRUM Group to assist them in getting their technology recognized by the military and incorporated in the Army's combat air systems. TSG developed a strategy and assisted them navigate the acquisition and budget systems that first introduced the technology to the National Guard CH-47 fleet. TSG helped identify funding in the DoD budgets and worked with Congress to incorporate the necessary funding each year.

Additionally, TSG helped the Army develop the requirements documents that ultimately fielded their system into the Blackhawk fleet. Today, their technology is specified for all of the combat air assets and TSG is assisting them in gaining access into the Army's ground systems.
