Our SPECTRUM Group BRAC Team Members have in-depth experience in:

BRAC Representation:  During the previous BRAC rounds, The SPECTRUM Group partnered with 33 communities in the defense of their military installation, and the Principi Group members actually executed the BRAC process as Commissioners and supporting staff.

Comprehensive Assessments:  We have a proven method for conducting comprehensive assessments of military installations and communities.  We identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT), with recommendations to focus limited resources to help enhance strengths and mitigate weaknesses.

BRAC Preparation: We assist communities in developing engagement strategies to maximize the chance of retention. We have assisted communities in developing local public-private partnerships to help lower the cost for both the base and community, in identifying opportunities for additional missions through realignment, and in initiatives to anchor the military more solidly in the community.

Post-BRAC Assistance: We have members who are experts in Community Transition practices which help communities avoid or recover from major economic losses. We have been directly involved in implementing the civilian reuse of 18 major bases closed during previous closure rounds.
