Biography

Ms. Koloszar joined SPECTRUM as a consultant in 2010 and is a member of the Congressional Relations division at SPECTRUM. She has extensive experience in advising clients on Congressional appropriations and authorization legislation and developing strategies to promote client objectives before the House and Senate. Ms. Koloszar has a comprehensive understanding of the federal legislative and budget process and maintains excellent contacts with Members of Congress and staff in both parties.

Education

Ms. Koloszar holds a M.A. degree in International Commerce and Policy from George Mason University and a B.A. degree in Government and French from the University of Notre Dame.
