- Mr. McGuth is a member of the Air Force Division at SPECTRUM. He has expertise in logistics and maintenance and all facets of business development.
Biography:
Mr. Bill McGuth began his Air Force career after graduating from Fordham University in New York with a degree in Political Science. While in the Air Force, he served in a number of major commands as a Pilot, Maintenance Officer, Test Director, Contracts Manager and Commander. He commanded the Contract Maintenance Center and later served as Director of Contracting at San Antonio Air Logistics Center, the largest engine overhaul facility in the USAF. There, he supervised 600 employees, awarding 60,000 contracts annually with a value of $3 billion.
After retiring from the Air Force, Mr. McGuth joined Rolls-Royce North America as Director of Business Development. He was involved in efforts to expand the Company’s business base within the U. S. Department of Defense. He retired from Rolls-Royce as the General Manager – Military Aero Programs.
Education:
Mr. McGuth has a Masters Degree in Industrial Personnel Management from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He is a skilled pilot with over 6000 flying hours.
