Biography:
General Harrington completed a 30 year Army career culminating in his position as Director of the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA). His assignments included senior level command/leadership and staff positions in logistics and systems acquisition. He served as Program Executive Officer and Program Manager in the Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM) (PM and Program Executive Officer), Tactical Information Systems Product Manager at Fort Lee, and on the Army General Staff at the Pentagon. He also served as the Director for Contracting then Chief of Staff and Executive Officer to the Assistant Secretary of the Army, Acquisition, Technology and Logistics.
Education:
General Harrington is a graduate of Northeastern University and earned his masters degree in Acquisition and Contracting at the Florida Institute of Technology. His military education includes the Army Command and General Staff College and the Army War College Fellowship at the University of Texas-Austin. He is a graduate of the Defense Acquisition University, Executive Program Management course.
