Biography:
Ms. Diane O'Toole has more than 30 years of experience in Congressional Relations working for Northrop Grumman Corporation, the second largest defense contractor worldwide. While at Northrop, she was responsible for developing and implementing strategies to support all Northrop programs. She has particularly extensive experience in lobbying the Authorization, Appropriations and Intelligence Committees in both the House and the Senate.
Ms. O'Toole attended Catholic University in Washington D.C., majoring in political science. She continues to serve as a consultant for Northrop Grumman and is an associate of the Livingston Group.
