Biography:
Lieutenant General Art Blades retired from the United States Marine Corps after 32-years of military service as an Infantry officer and as a Naval Aviator. His political-military experience involved the management of the Status of Force Agreement, and its multi-billion dollar budget with the Government of Japan, the Norway Pre-positioning program and other defense related planning with NATO countries and Allies.
In addition to his SPECTRUM consulting, he is a founder of Cricket Technologies LLC an e-forensics, e-discovery document management technology company involved with Litigation Support that began operations in 2001.
Education:
General Blades is a member of the Marine Corps Division at SPECTRUM and has extensive experience in strategic, long range and operational planning, logistical planning and operations, aviation procurement and aircraft maintenance, and base facility operations and budget management.
