Biography:
Major General Darrol Schroeder brings a wealth of experience and current business expertise to The SPECTRUM Group. Since his retirement from the Air National Guard after thirty-nine years of military service, General Schroeder has been active in a variety of areas, including education, banking, agriculture, and aviation. In 1989, General Schroeder was named Director of Business Development for the University of North Dakota (UND) Aerospace. He currently serves on the board of US Bank North Dakota, and served as Chairman of the Board of Merit Care Health Systems. Among his military assignments, General Schroeder served as Chief of Staff for Air, Headquarters North Dakota ANG, and was appointed Assistant to the Commander in Chief, North American Aerospace Defense Command. He also served on the Reserve Forces Policy Board and was appointed ANG Assistant to the CINC, United States Air Forces, Europe, where he was a full member of the USAFE staff.
