Biography:

Major General John Fugh concluded a distinguished military career as The Judge Advocate General, the top uniformed lawyer of the U.S. Army. In that position, he established an acquisition law specialty program for Army contract attorneys. He also created the Procurement Fraud and Environmental Law Divisions for the JAG Corps, and consolidated Army Litigation Center. He was awarded the Defense Superior Service Medal and the Distinguished Service Medal. He is the first Chinese-American to attain general officer status in the U.S. Army.

Until December 2000, General Fugh was Chairman of Enron China where he was responsible for all aspects of the interests of Enron in the Peoples Republic of China, including business development and project operations in China. He is also the former President of McDonnell Douglas China and Executive Vice-President of Boeing China Inc.

Education:

General Fugh received a B.S.F.S. degree from Georgetown University School of Foreign Service and a J.D. degree from George Washington University Law School. He attended the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, the U.S. Army War College and the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.
