Biography:

Major General Ray E. McCoy joined The SPECTRUM Group with a broad range of leadership experience in logistics, acquisition, and all other facets of business management, planning, and operations. General McCoy served in the U.S. Army for more than thirty years, culminating his career as Principal Deputy Director, Defense Logistics Agency. Among his major accomplishments were improved weapons readiness, highly favorable customer reports, and $3 billion in annual taxpayer savings. General McCoy has held other logistics positions within DoD, including commander of Defense Industrial Supply Center, the largest inventory control point in the United States. General McCoy also served as the Chief of Staff, U.S. Materiel Command, and as Director of Quality Assurance, Defense Contract Management Command.

Education:

General McCoy is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and the Industrial College of the Armed Forces.
