Biography:

Major General Bob Morgan has over thirty-five years experience in the defense acquisition field, with proven ability in resource planning, programming and execution, business strategy development, and problem analysis and solution. General Morgan capped a long, distinguished career in the United States Army as Vice Director of Information Systems for Command, Control, Communications and Computers (DISC4). In that position, he was principal deputy and advisor to the Secretary and Chief of Staff of the Army on all aspects of automation, management information and command and control systems within the United States Army. In addition to his work with The SPECTRUM Group, General Morgan is President of RDM Defense Acquisition Consulting.

Education:

General Morgan holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Canisius College and a M.S. degree from Troy State University.
