- Mary Fuller is a member of the Army Division at Spectrum. Her expertise includes systems acquisition, information technology, research, development, test & evaluation and other business areas to include business development and strategic planning.
Biography:
Mary was a career military officer before entering the private sector in 2006. She received a Direct Commission in the U.S. Army and spent the first few years of her career in the Signal Corps where she gained extensive experience in communications, Information Technology and leadership. In 1990 she was selected as one of the first officers to join the newly formed Army Acquisition Corps. As a skilled Program Manager and Acquisition Expert she played a critical role in Army transformation efforts by successfully managing key programs, developing emerging technologies and sponsoring events that were crucial to mission accomplishment.
Her Army career culminated as the Chief of Staff and Senior Executive Assistant to the Army Acquisition Executive/Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics and Technology, a Presidential Appointee. Other career highlights included being selected as the first Director of the Army Acquisition Support Center and assignments as Project Manager of the Joint Land Attack Cruise Missile Defense Elevated Netted Sensor System (JLENS) Program and Product Manager for the Army Small Computer Program (ASCP).
Education:
Colonel Fuller holds a BS degree in Radio/TV/Film from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, and a MA degree in Computer Resource Management from Webster University, St. Louis, Missouri. She is a graduate of the Army War College/University of Texas Acquisition Fellowship Program and the Defense Systems Management College Program Managers Course.
