Biography:
Mike Hadley completed 23 year Army career where he served in command and staff assignments in aviation, strategic planning and legislative affairs. His extensive legislative liaison experience includes the Office of Legislative Affairs for the Secretary of the Army and the Office of Legislative Liaison for the Secretary of Defense. He also served as a Defense Fellow for Senator Barbara Mikulski. Mike worked closely with Congress on aviation system procurement, research and development as well as operations and maintenance accounts. He was the primary advisor to the Army Chief of Legislative Liaison on Army plans, programs and policies as they relate to the Army National Guard and Army Reserve and developed strategies for advancing the legislative objectives of the Army on Capitol Hill.
Education:
Mr. Hadley holds a B.S. degree in Communications from Ohio University an M.B.A. from Johns Hopkins University. He has Federal Aviation Administration commercial helicopter and multi-engine fixed-wing ratings.
