Biography:
Mr. Neal Fox is an experienced Senior Executive with 25 years experience in government procurement and acquisition management, specializing in IT and Professional Services management. He served as Assistant Commissioner for Acquisition, U.S. General Services Administration, with responsibility for the management of all GSA Multiple Award Schedules, Government-wide contracts and Government credit card programs
He completed a 26 year career the US Air Force (retired Colonel), with 22 years procurement experience in commercial IT professional services and complex systems, and directed the Air Force in their commercial IT products and services programs.
Mr. Fox is also the Principal of Neal Fox Consulting, providing expert government-wide procurement consulting services.
Education:
Mr. Fox received a B.A. Economics from Grove City College and a Master of Business Administration and Management (MBA) from the University of Wyoming. He also completed the Defense Systems Management College (DSMC), Program Manager's Course and the Executive Refresher Program Manager's Course. He is a member of the Alliance of Professionals & Consultants, Inc.; ITAA; and the National Contract Management Association.
