Biography:
Paul McManus is a founding partner, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of The SPECTRUM Group. Mr. McManus has served in a number of key management positions, including Chief of the House Liaison Office, where he acted as the Air Force spokesman with the House of Representatives and served as advisor on congressional activities to the Secretary of the Air Force, the Chief of Staff, and senior military and civilian leaders. As Vice President of the Hazeltine Corporation, Mr. McManus was principal advisor to the Chairman, providing corporate liaison with the Administration, all federal agencies, and the private sector.
He advises corporate clients on business development opportunities, marketing strategies, and budget projections, and assists in implementing legislative strategies for both state and federal programs.
Mr. McManus is widely recognized for his extensive experience in the base closing process, having participated in that process since its inception. He has served on the Air Force Retiree Council, is a Director of the Falcon Foundation of the United States Air Force Academy, and is President and a Board member of the Foundation for Veteran's Health Care. Mr. McManus holds a B.S. degree from The College of the Holy Cross and an M.S. degree in Public Administration from Shippensburg State College.
