Biography:

Dick joins the Spectrum Group after fifteen years of success in the Washington, DC office of Pratt & Whitney and United Technologies Corporation. Previously, Dick worked in commercial real estate in the Washington area after retiring from the Air Force with almost 29 years of active service.

As director of Air Force Programs, Dick led both marketing and liaison for Pratt & Whitney with the Air Force, Office of the Secretary of Defense, The Executive Office of the President, The Joint Staff, Defense Security Cooperation Agency, and the embassies of major international customers in the Washington, DC area.

Dick received his Bachelors degree in Economics from Emory University, Atlanta, GA, and was commissioned through the AFROTC program. His flying career included more than ten different fighter and FAC type aircraft including operational test and evaluation of weapons and tactics in three different aircraft. He commanded a fighter squadron and a fighter wing.

Dick completed the USAF Fighter Weapons School. He was a Distinguished Graduate of the Air War College, and the Federal Quality Institute.

Education:

Colonel Hellier received a B.A. in Economics from Emory University. He completed the USAF Fighter Weapons School and was a Distinguished Graduate of the Air War College and the Federal Quality Institute.
