- Mr. Mickevicius is a member of the National Guard/Reserves and Congressional Relations Divisions at SPECTRUM. He has extensive experience in working with the Department of Defense and Congress on legislative affairs.
Biography:
Mr. Ted Mickevicius joined The SPECTRUM Group after completing a 25 year career with the Army. Mr. Mickevicius held a wide variety of distinctive command and staff assignments during his military career including the National Guard Bureau Director of Legislative Affairs. As the Director of Legislative Affairs, he provided leadership to the legislative team, developed strategies and implemented programs for the conduct of legislative liaison. He also worked with the United States Congress, Department of Defense, Department of Air Force and Department of Army on National Guard legislative priorities, policy and procedures and acted as primary Congressional Policy Advisor to Chief National Guard Bureau and subordinate staff.
Education:
Mr. Mickevicius holds a B.S. in Aviation Management from Eastern Michigan University, a M.S. from National Louis University, and Federal Aviation Administration commercial helicopter ratings.
