Building Strategic Plans

A tactical wheeled developer and manufacturer which supplies the US military with ubiquitous Hummer was in need of a strategic business strategy because its production output had nearly satisfied the military demand. The SPECTRUM Group facilitated the activities of the leadership of the company to address the impeding end of production and to focus on the next generation products. The result of the planning process yielded a well defined road map for the future. Now the company is teamed with another combat vehicle company in a joint venture competing for the JLTV program. Testing of their prototype vehicles are currently in progress.
