The new Government Solutions and Technology Division is designed to provide agencies with experienced subject matter experts to advise, assess and assist them in their transformation efforts. With more than 80 senior executives on board, The SPECTRUM Group brings a level of hands-on experience that is unmatched in the Washington DC area. From major program acquisition experience, to detailed knowledge of the federal budget process, to years of time spent on Capitol Hill, The SPECTRUM Group associates cover virtually every category of federal agencies.

From its conception in 1993 until the present, The SPECTRUM Group has limited its assistance to corporations within the private sector who need strategic advice and counsel in dealing with government agencies. It is now creating a separate division to bring its extensive and combined experience of government, military, corporate, and legislative service to assist the United States government as it effects the necessary transformation actions to deal with changing national requirements.

The business model that The SPECTRUM Group has adopted rests on forming strategic alliances with major defense contractors and consulting groups to provide senior, experienced subject matter experts as an integral part of their teams when responding to relevant Requests for Proposals. The additional strength of clearly recognized experience provides the edge that is often needed to win.
