STARBASE
Through ensuring quality in the DOD STARBASE program, The SPECTRUM Group helps 5th grade students gain a better appreciation for science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM).

The SPECTRUM Group supports the National Guard Youth Foundation to assist high school dropouts gain a second chance in obtaining their high school degree or degree equivalent.
