STARBASE

The SPECTRUM Group supports Department of Defense managers to ensure quality in the DOD STARBASE program, an enrichment program designed to help elementary students gain a better appreciation for science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). The SPECTRUM Group provides programmatic support by:

• Communications assistance and website development
• Site audits to ensure compliance with DoD requirements, and
• Curriculum development.

The National Guard Youth Foundation

The SPECTRUM Group supports the National Guard Youth Foundation to assist high school dropouts gain a second chance in obtaining their high school degree or degree equivalent, through participation in the National Guard Youth ChalleNGe Program.

Further, The SPECTRUM Group has assembled a distinctive collection of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with both extensive national and state-level management expertise specific to the National Guard Youth ChalleNGe program. These experts are able to perform in-depth assessments of crucial metrics to provide quantitative evaluations of trouble spots. This team is able to deliver rapid results to improve the number of ChalleNGe graduates by working as helping partners with state and national level managers.
